Required Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form social content, preferably for consumer or parenting brands
• Strong instincts for storytelling, pacing, and content conversion
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form platform behavior
• Proficiency with editing tools like CapCut or similar
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple content streams simultaneously
