Job Summary

To support the NBA's social media initiatives, the full-time Project Employee will create, produce, and publish engaging content for Snapchat and other vertical video platforms, while collaborating with a video editor and analyzing performance metrics in a remote environment for a temporary duration of up to 10 months.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real-time game coverage by producing and publishing content for nightly and weekly Snapchat Shows
• Collaborate with an NBA video editor to create engaging video content and storytelling captions from game highlights
• Analyze platform metrics to optimize show performance and actively plan content for Snapchat Shows

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of creating content for vertical video platforms with experience in sports or entertainment media
• Passion for the NBA, including knowledge of players, teams, and basketball statistics
• Experience in creating basketball-related content
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field preferred
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
