Job Summary

As a temporary full-time Project Employee focused on Social Content Publishing for Instagram, the candidate will manage the publication of content on the NBA's Instagram pages, assist with content planning, and optimize performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Publish and schedule content during real-time game coverage and for various content franchises on Instagram
• Assist with content planning for Reels, Carousels, Stories, and other formats while monitoring trends and metrics
• Collaborate with the team to amplify NBA team and player content across various social platforms

Required qualifications:

• Expert-level knowledge of Instagram and its features, trends, and metrics
• Experience in publishing content for a sports brand or media organization
• Strong understanding of the NBA, including its players, teams, and events
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
