Job Summary

Leading social media and digital community engagement marketing, the full-time Social & Brand Engagement Program Manager will oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of AI-driven initiatives to enhance brand visibility and community engagement in a fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies across various platforms to boost brand visibility and community engagement
• Drive AI automation initiatives for content generation and engagement optimization while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align social efforts with business goals, including lead generation and e-commerce integration

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social media within e-commerce retail
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation and engagement automation
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in the 2A/firearms industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of social media landscape and algorithms
