Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Impact Analyst to support the development and execution of land steward engagement and social impact processes for ecosystem regeneration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and oversight of land steward engagement and social impact processes for ecosystem regeneration projects
• Ensure compliance with social safeguards and human rights best practices for live projects
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain the quality and integrity of social processes and ensure positive social impact

Required Qualifications

• Based in the USA
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Graduate degree preferred in human ecology, development, or related discipline
• Experience working with rural or marginalized communities
• Experience with development projects, the voluntary carbon market, or regenerative agriculture is an advantage
