Social Impact Program Manager

Job Summary

To lead impactful initiatives, the contract Senior Program Manager - Social Impact will manage volunteer programs, oversee grants administration, and drive measurable outcomes while working remotely for a duration of 12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support volunteer programs and social impact teams, ensuring effective implementation and engagement
• Lead partnerships with solution partners, employee volunteers, and grant recipients to enhance enablement programs
• Oversee program monitoring, evaluation, and learning, including survey design, qualitative interviews, and data analysis

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT or engineering
• 5+ years of experience supporting volunteer programs and social impact initiatives
• 3+ years of experience leading teams focused on access, adoption, and measurable impact
• 3+ years of experience managing partnerships with solution partners and educational grant recipients
• 3+ years of experience in program monitoring, evaluation, and learning methodologies
