Social Media Analyst

Job Summary

Providing internet-based investigative support, the remote Social Media Analyst will conduct social media analysis and background investigations to identify suspicious activity and assist SIU investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth internet searches and analyze incoming referral information to summarize findings and provide written feedback
• Perform cyber research including social media profiles and blogs to gather valuable investigative information
• Coordinate additional investigations and maintain databases in compliance with legal and company guidelines

Required qualifications

• Familiarity with Windows OS and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of claims handling and the investigative process
• Proficiency with social media and internet research preferred
• Prior claim handling or SIU experience preferred
• College degree preferred
