Job Summary

To support a growing brand, the part-time Social Media and Website Manager will manage website content and social media channels, ensuring timely and engaging updates while transitioning to a full-time role in the fall.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish and update content across the WordPress site and social media platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
• Plan, create, and manage a steady flow of engaging social media content while actively monitoring and responding to relevant news
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video producers, setting tasks and deadlines to maintain high-quality content delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing social and digital content for a brand, startup, or agency
• Proficiency in WordPress, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, including their analytics and scheduling tools
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify technical or scientific material
• Experience in briefing and directing design and video projects using tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe
• Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines independently
