Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Social Media to support its digital presence by creating and distributing content across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and YouTube
• Conduct daily community management of social media channels, responding to comments and messages
• Monitor social media trends and create monthly analytic reports tracking engagement and performance

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional marketing, communications, or social media experience
• Experience with content creation for social media, including video and graphic design
• Knowledge of social media management tools such as Canva and Sprout Social
• Digital literacy with Microsoft/Google tools and online collaboration platforms
• Comfortable being a featured face on social media channels
