Leading a team of social media specialists, the full-time remote Social Media Associate Director will plan and execute advanced social strategies for major clients in the pharma and healthcare sectors, ensuring the success of complex social programs while mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, present, and oversee social engine marketing programs for large clients
• Lead and mentor the social media team through a professional development program
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for best practice campaign development

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in leading and executing paid social media campaigns
• Proven ability to create and present integrated social strategies
• Experience in client interaction and managing relationships for successful campaign execution
• Familiarity with major social platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, and YouTube
• Experience in the pharma or healthcare industry is required
