Job Summary
To support the success of social and native media campaigns, the remote Paid Media Specialist will manage campaign builds, monitor performance metrics, and implement optimizations while collaborating with a high-performing team across the Americas.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage social and native ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Taboola
- Monitor daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with senior media buyers to launch and expand campaigns while facilitating creative testing
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of media buying experience with a focus on performance-driven results across social and native ad campaigns
- Hands-on experience running social or native ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, and Outbrain
- Proven ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance using data
- Strong attention to detail and executional excellence
- Ability to collaborate across functions in a remote work environment
