Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Community Representatives, setting standards and overseeing performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and provide insights for product and marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or customer experience roles
- Proven experience managing and leading a team of 10+ direct reports
- Hands-on experience with Shopify for order management and customer support
- Strong proficiency in Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and community management tools like Sprout Social
- Experience managing creator whitelisting and collaborating with paid media teams
