Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Community Representatives, setting standards and overseeing performance management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and provide insights for product and marketing strategies


Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or customer experience roles
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team of 10+ direct reports
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify for order management and customer support
  • Strong proficiency in Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and community management tools like Sprout Social
  • Experience managing creator whitelisting and collaborating with paid media teams
