Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key social media channels
• Develop a community engagement strategy that maintains authenticity and leverages AI
• Measure key metrics such as sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to create engaging content in regulated categories
• Experience in building trusted online communities
• Ability to write in a relatable tone that resonates with diverse audiences
