To enhance community engagement, the full-time Social Media Community Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing a content strategy that maintains authenticity in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence in key online communities
• Develop a strategic playbook for community engagement and content posting
• Measure and analyze community sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media
• Strong understanding of SEO and engagement strategies
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or related consumer-facing industries
• Proven ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" categories
• Ability to build systems that foster organic trust and long-term engagement
