Social Media Community Manager

Job Summary

To support a financial services client, the contract Social Media Community Manager will develop and manage a Reddit content calendar, create engaging content across Reddit and LinkedIn, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a Reddit content calendar, including adapting existing blog content and creating original posts
• Collaborate with the organic social team to plan and schedule Reddit content aligned with brand goals
• Draft LinkedIn Pulse articles and source quotes from internal subject matter experts for various content types

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in Reddit culture, tone, etiquette, and subreddit-specific nuances
• Proven experience writing and editing LinkedIn articles and thought leadership content
• Strong long-form writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders
• Financial services or regulated industry experience is a plus
