Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Social Media Community Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence on platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, while developing strategies for authentic interaction and community trust.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key social media channels
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining best practices for interaction
• Measure and analyze community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform strategy

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to create engaging content that resonates with audiences in regulated categories
• Experience in building and managing active online communities
• Ability to write authentically and engage with users across various platforms
