Social Media Community Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing service offering, the full-time Social Media Community Manager will develop and execute community management strategies on Reddit, identify engagement opportunities, and build brand presence while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Reddit community management strategies for clients and the agency
• Monitor community sentiment and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure social efforts align with broader organic growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social media, online communities, or community-led growth initiatives
• Demonstrated experience with Reddit community management and understanding of subreddit culture
• Experience in developing and executing organic social media strategies for brands
• Exceptional written communication skills with adaptability across different audiences
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client initiatives simultaneously
