Job Summary

Working remotely as an Independent Contractor, the Social Media Community Manager will engage with brand audiences, identify trends, and create error-free content while managing non-traditional work hours, including nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct community management, identify trends, and engage with the brand audience
  • Identify, flag, and engage on trending topics and reputational issues
  • Create error-free messaging and real-time content to support clients' social media goals
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in social media community management and/or social listening for a major brand
  • Experience utilizing customer experience platforms, with Sprinklr experience as a significant plus
  • Genuine interest in developing expertise in various social media channels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for professional interaction with client executives and teams
  • Bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus
