A company is looking for a Social Content Creator & Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage developer-focused organic content for social media, including various formats like memes and short-form videos
• Engage authentically in developer spaces to monitor conversations and translate insights into content opportunities
• Analyze content performance and run experiments to optimize engagement and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in developer content, social media, or developer advocacy
• Experience as a developer who has built or shipped apps using Docker
• Deep knowledge of developer platforms, tools, workflows, and subcultures
• Experience creating content for platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube
• Experience engaging with online technical communities such as Discord and GitHub discussions
