Job Summary

Seeking a motivated self-starter, the remote W2 Contract Social Media Content Creator will develop, produce, and manage engaging video and static content for TikTok and Instagram, focusing on trends to drive engagement with Gen Z and millennial consumers over a 12-month period.

Key responsibilities

• Perform social listening to identify trends and opportunities for engaging content
• Develop and pitch creative ideas for static design and lifestyle video content aligned with brand strategy
• Design, produce, edit, and write post copy for social content, serving as on-camera talent as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required
• 2-3 years of experience in content creation and/or social media management
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut, and social media platforms
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape, particularly Instagram and TikTok
• Ability to synthesize data to inform creative content and opportunities
