Job Summary

As a temporary full-time Project Employee, the Social Media Content Creator will publish and manage content on the NBA's Facebook pages, assist with content planning across various formats, and analyze metrics to optimize performance, all while working remotely for a duration not exceeding ten months.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and schedule content on the NBA's Facebook pages during real-time game coverage and for additional content franchises
• Assist with content planning for various formats, including Reels, longform videos, and Stories
• Review content metrics and implement feedback to enhance content performance

Required qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Facebook and familiarity with other Meta platforms and tools
• Strong understanding of NBA storylines, players, coaches, and league history
• Background in basketball culture and editorial content creation
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field preferred
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, based on the NBA calendar
