Job Summary

Creative and data-savvy, the full-time Social Media Content Producer will develop and publish multimedia content across various platforms, transforming complex immigration topics into engaging social content while managing day-to-day channel operations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce platform-native content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and YouTube, including captions and scripts
• Own day-to-day channel operations, including publishing, scheduling, and optimization of content
• Track and report on content performance, translating data into actionable improvements and spotting emerging trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3-5 years in social media content production or digital storytelling
• Portfolio showcasing engaging social-first content across various formats and platforms
• Proficiency with tools like CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with content calendars and analytics interpretation
