Social Media Content Publisher

Job Summary

To support the NBA's growing social media presence, the full-time Project Employee will manage the publication of content across various platforms, including real-time game coverage and content planning, while working remotely for a temporary duration of up to 10 months.

Key responsibilities

• Publish engaging content to the NBA's social media platforms, including text, video, and imagery
• Assist with content planning and scheduling for promotional and live event coverage
• Review content metrics and trends to optimize performance and enhance audience engagement

Required qualifications

• Expert knowledge of social media platforms and trends, particularly in sports
• Experience publishing content for a sports brand or media organization
• Strong understanding of basketball, including statistics, history, and culture
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field is preferred
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a capacity to work under tight deadlines
