Job Summary

To enhance brand presence across digital channels, the full-time Social Media Content Specialist will develop and manage engaging content, including copy and graphics, while collaborating with design teams and analyzing performance metrics in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, write, and produce social media content, including copy, graphics briefs, and short-form video scripts
• Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery across all active social channels
• Monitor content performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve reach and engagement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing
• Strong writing and editing skills with experience crafting content for multiple platforms and audiences
• Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams to produce social media assets
• Proficiency in social media management tools and content scheduling platforms
• Good eye for design and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Express
