• Monitor and engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms
• Track and compile social performance data weekly, identifying trends and coordinating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience in content creation for social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram
• Ability to appear on camera and contribute to brand identity
• Experience with community management and moderation
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and timelines
