Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Coordinator, the part-time role will manage social listening, content scheduling, and performance reporting across various platforms to enhance the overall social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor social media platforms for engagement and implement an effective engagement strategy
- Review partner submissions for content integration and manage scheduling through Sprinklr
- Produce weekly social snippets and bi-monthly reports to analyze engagement metrics and top-performing content
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and monitoring tools, specifically Sprinklr
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
