Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary

Leading social community management and strategy, the remote Social Media Coordinator will create and execute content strategies, engage with members across various platforms, and manage relationships with creators and ambassadors to enhance brand advocacy and member retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social content strategies to drive engagement and growth on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit
• Monitor social conversations and respond to community interactions in a timely and on-brand manner
• Manage communication and relationships with Found's creator and ambassador network, ensuring effective collaboration and campaign participation

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or community management
• Deep familiarity with community norms and best practices on Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit
• Experience with social listening tools such as Sprout Social or Brandwatch
• Strong written communication skills with adaptability across different platforms
• Experience managing online community moderation and coordinating campaigns with creators or ambassadors
