Job Summary

To support social media operations and online community engagement, the full-time Social Media & Community Coordinator will manage content publishing, engage with followers, and track performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms according to the content calendar
• Engage with followers and support community management efforts by participating in discussions
• Track social media and community performance metrics and prepare weekly summary reports

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing
• Experience managing social media accounts and engaging with online communities professionally
• Familiarity with social media tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear and engaging written communication style adaptable to different brand voices and audiences
