Job Summary
Overseeing a team of paid social media advertising professionals, the remote Assistant Director, Social Media will manage campaign implementations, optimize strategies for key clients, and mentor team members while collaborating closely with the Senior Director.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across major platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Analyze campaign performance and mentor team members in drafting client-facing insights and recommendations
- Lead team meetings, foster collaboration, and drive continuous professional development for team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in paid social media marketing
- Proficiency in managing campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snapchat Business Manager, and/or TikTok Ads
- Experience with data analysis, particularly in measuring the success of paid campaigns
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana is a plus
