• Edit and post stories on social media platforms while exploring new platforms for brand growth
• Cover live events and breaking news, ensuring a fast turnaround on major stories

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a social media focused role within a newsroom environment
• Strong knowledge of media law and current affairs
• Proficiency in video editing, ideally with knowledge of Premier
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and emerging trends
• Background in events, sport, tabloid, or breaking news is desirable
