• 8-10+ years of progressive marketing experience with expertise in organic social and community strategy
• Proven executive-level leadership experience managing senior-level talent
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and interpret data
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with experience influencing executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree preferred
