Key Responsibilities

• Execute the voice of Complex Sports on social platforms, managing content and community engagement
• Create and curate content for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, while pitching viral and trending topics
• Track social performance and share best practices with internal teams to enhance engagement and growth

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of social media and editorial experience with a publisher or brand
• Deep understanding of Complex Sports content, voice, and tone
• Robust knowledge of streetwear, fashion, and their connections to pop culture and sports
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro
• Ability to work nights and occasional holidays for live event coverage
