Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts, building and scaling campaigns from scratch
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analysis of key metrics
• Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance landing pages for conversion

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience managing Google Ads and/or Bing Ads with measurable performance impact
• Proven track record of scaling high-budget paid search campaigns in fast-growth environments
• Expert-level understanding of tracking setups including GTM and GA4
• Experience with campaign structuring, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance reporting and dashboards
