Job Summary

Driving organic social growth, the full-time Social Media Growth Lead will create and manage content, cultivate partnerships, and connect social engagement to business outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conceive, shoot, and edit native short-form video content for social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics
• Develop and execute strategies for audience growth across Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
• Manage influencer and creator partnerships, including sourcing, briefing, and performance tracking

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social content creation and audience growth, preferably in fitness or lifestyle brands
• Proven ability to run influencer and UGC programs, managing relationships from sourcing to execution
• Strong hands-on skills in shooting and editing short-form video content
• Fluency in TikTok and Instagram growth mechanics, with experience analyzing performance metrics
• A portfolio showcasing personal content creation and audience growth achievements
