Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all social media channels, including content calendars and engagement
• Oversee social content strategy across organic and paid channels and manage influencer marketing efforts
• Track performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies to enhance brand growth and engagement

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or growth roles
• Experience with CPG, eCommerce, or early-stage brands is preferred
• Proven experience managing paid social and influencer campaigns
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop is strongly preferred
