Job Summary
To support the ministry's vision through social media, the full-time Social Media Inbox Specialist will manage and respond to private and public messages across various platforms, ensuring communication aligns with Andrew Wommack's teachings while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and respond to messages and comments on social media platforms professionally and promptly
- Accurately represent the ministry's values and encourage deeper connections with the audience
- Collaborate with team members to develop email templates and maintain effective communication across departments
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Andrew Wommack's teachings
- Experience with social media platforms, particularly Facebook
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and sign the Statement of Faith
