Social Media Intern

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Media Intern to support its Communications department.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media content, including copy, graphics, and videos for various platforms
• Track metrics for social media campaigns and engage with followers
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and share emerging social media trends

Required Qualifications

• Status as a student or recent graduate in environmental/nonprofit communications, marketing, or related fields
• Experience with graphic design tools like Canva
• Familiarity with social media platform features and functionality
• Prior experience with Hootsuite and Adobe Photoshop/Premiere is a plus
• Located in an Appalachian Trail state or proximity to the Trail is a plus
