Job Summary

As a senior individual contributor, the remote Social Media Lead will manage original content and social communications for high-priority product campaigns, driving engagement across Shopify's social channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and execute social communications for product campaigns on platforms like X, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Develop creative assets and copy that enhance engagement with Shopify's products among target audiences
• Coordinate cross-functional messaging for go-to-market campaigns and measure the impact of social initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Relevant experience in social and product marketing for tech brands
• Ability to translate technical products into effective social campaigns
• Experience measuring social performance and synthesizing insights for stakeholders
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills
• Familiarity with production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and in-app editing tools on social platforms
