Key Responsibilities

• Expand and optimize social media channels, including emerging platforms, and oversee emergency communications management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, public affairs, or communications
• Proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
• Demonstrated success in securing executive buy-in and resources for social media initiatives
• Experience managing and developing social media teams
• Strong understanding of social media landscape, best practices, and analytics tools
