Key Responsibilities

• Support the Content Strategy Director in enhancing the social media strategy
• Develop and post organic social media content across various platforms
• Analyze metrics to optimize social media efforts for brand awareness and customer conversion

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience managing social media channels for a D2C or CPG brand
• Strong storytelling skills with experience in content ideation and social copywriting
• Familiarity with social media best practices across multiple platforms
• Comfortable on camera and experienced in video production
• Organized and familiar with creative workflows, with experience using tools like Asana and Figma
