Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Media and Community Manager to oversee its social presence and community engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own social media presence across two brands, managing strategy, planning, publishing, engagement, and performance
  • Support product launches and marketing campaigns through social amplification and coordination
  • Monitor trends and sentiment, providing insights and managing the brand voice across social and community touchpoints
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience managing social media and/or online communities for B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven products
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools, as well as basic design or editing tools
  • Proven ability to manage social channels end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and reporting
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional partners
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to adapt and receive feedback
