Social Media Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who understands the creator community and can engage effectively with it.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead content planning and manage day-to-day publishing for social channels
• Manage community interactions and moderate Discord servers for both brands
• Report on social and community KPIs, tracking performance and engagement metrics

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or community management, preferably in gaming or streaming
• Proven ability to manage social presence for multiple distinct brands simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with Discord, including server moderation and engagement programming
• Proficiency with Sprout Social or similar social media management platforms
• Familiarity with UTM tracking and GA4 for content measurement and reporting
