Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Media Manager - Instagram (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a structured Instagram content calendar while growing followers and engagement
• Create engaging Reels and edit short-form videos that capture the emotional and educational aspects of programs
• Write compelling captions and design graphics that connect core values to parent interests, while tracking performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts, preferably in parenting or education
• Strong portfolio in video creation, graphic design, and copywriting
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to visit NYC campsites during camp season for content capture is preferred
