Social Media Manager

Job Summary

To help grow and engage the Last Epoch social media presence, the remote Social Media and Influencer Manager will develop social strategies, manage creator relationships, and support marketing and community campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
• Plan, schedule, and publish content to support seasonal releases, campaigns, and community initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, streamers, and content creators while tracking campaign performance

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience managing large-scale social media channels
• Strong understanding of gaming culture, particularly ARPG players and communities
• Experience managing influencer campaigns across multiple platforms
• Prior experience running community-based social and influencer campaigns
• Familiarity with social publishing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout)
