Job Summary
Driving brand engagement and awareness, the full-time remote Social Media Manager will develop and execute organic social media strategies, create customer-centric content, and manage daily operations across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Own the social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across LinkedIn and Meta
- Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize content and strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with broader business goals and maintain brand consistency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B social media strategy and execution
- Proven track record of driving organic growth on LinkedIn and Meta
- Experience using AI tools to enhance content production efficiency
- Strong proficiency in graphic design and basic video editing tools
