Job Summary

Owning Seekr's social media presence, the full-time Social Media Manager will manage the social media calendar, produce executive content, and coordinate with various marketing teams to amplify campaigns and product launches, all while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and manage the social media calendar, aligning it with the editorial calendar and content strategy
  • Produce and edit content for executives across platforms, ensuring it reflects their voice and engages audiences
  • Run social analytics and reporting to connect social activity to business outcomes, while managing community engagement
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience managing social media in a B2B technology company, with a focus on executive content
  • Strong writing portfolio demonstrating expertise in LinkedIn and short-form content
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing platform, including its algorithms and paid social mechanics
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance social media workflows without compromising voice authenticity
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple marketing functions, including PR, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing
