Job Summary

Creative and organized, the full-time Social Media Manager will develop and manage QWIK's online presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more, focusing on engaging content related to AI shipping technology and logistics innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the social media content calendar, creating engaging posts, videos, and campaign content
• Support product launch campaigns, brand storytelling, community engagement, and influencer outreach
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while collaborating with marketing, design, product, and leadership teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience with social media strategy, content creation, and community management
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Hootsuite
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content and social media trends
• Experience with paid social campaigns and video editing
• Background in B2B technology, logistics, or AI is preferred
