Job Summary

To support a growing service offering focused on community-led growth, the full-time Social Media Manager will develop and execute Reddit community management strategies, build authentic brand presence, and track engagement metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community management strategies for Reddit and other platforms
• Monitor community sentiment and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Create and manage social content calendars and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organic growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management or community-led growth initiatives
• Proven experience with Reddit community management and understanding of subreddit culture
• Experience in developing and executing organic social media strategies for brands
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client initiatives
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management systems
