Job Summary

Owning the organic social channels and paid social programs, the full-time Social Media Manager will elevate social media literacy across the marketing organization, create compelling content, and run data-driven campaigns while collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar for multiple social media platforms, ensuring alignment with campaigns and brand messaging
  • Develop and execute paid social strategies, optimizing campaigns to achieve go-to-market goals
  • Oversee the employee advocacy program, driving participation and tracking performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of B2B social media experience, including organic, paid, and advocacy channels
  • Proven track record managing social accounts and paid campaigns across major platforms
  • Hands-on experience with employee advocacy programs, preferably using Oktopost
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and social analytics platforms for performance reporting
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
