To enhance brand storytelling, the part-time Social Media Manager will take ownership of NORY's Instagram presence, focusing on video content creation and community engagement while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a structured Instagram content calendar to grow followers and engagement metrics
• Create and edit engaging Reels that capture the essence of STEM programs and optimize content for reach and retention
• Write compelling captions that connect core values to audience interests and track performance metrics to inform content strategy

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in managing and growing brand Instagram accounts, preferably in parenting or education sectors
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form video editing, graphic design, and copywriting
